Why The Yellow Sock?
We believe that being simple is the worst of all dangers. We offer the happiest and funnier socks, so you can colour your world instantly, with the best price of the market.
Are all the socks sizes the same?
No. Some of our socks specify in their item specifics what their size is. Some others say "One Size". What does that mean? That they fit for sizes 34 - 42 (US 5 - 11 more o less).
Are your socks good quality?
Our socks are made completely of cotton or, in some cases, also polyester. The elasticity is good as well, you shouldn't have any problems with them. We say that our socks accomplish the "Three C's policy": they are Comfortable, Crazy and Cool!
How do I care for my socks?
Interesting question. Even though we know you'd like to wear your new crazy socks every day, your roommates and your family members wouldn't be so happy with your smelly feet. All of our socks can be cared for by machine washing them in cold water, without bleach, and tumble drying on low.
Orders and payments
What forms of payment do you accept?
As it is the easiest way for checking out, we accept only PayPal (so far). We are working on adding other payment methods, if you want some payment method to be added, just let us know!
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes once an order has been submitted. However, if you would like to cancel, please contact us to inform us at most 24 hours after making the purchase.
Do you offer any promotions?
We do occasionally run promotions, and you can be the first to know by signing up for our newsletter or following us on Instagram. We love to reward our newsletter subscribers and followers, so we highly recommend signing up! Don’t worry... we won’t spam you. Nobody likes that.
What should I do if I don’t receive my order or shipping confirmation?
First things first–check your email’s spam folder. If you still can’t find your confirmation, reach out to us via the contact form or instagram.
I received my order and it’s not correct! What do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please reach out within 5 days of receiving your order, if you notice a mistake. We will cover all additional shipping costs. Once the incorrect product is received back to us, we will send you the correct merchandise or refund you, whichever you prefer.
What shipping options do you offer?
Since we send all our products from China (where we produce them), we send everything via China EMS (ePacket). ePacket is a really simple shipping way, its a small package, completely trackable and really fast.
How do I qualify for Free Shipping?
As you may have seen, we offer Free Shipping for all orders!. Doesn't matter if you are from Australia, Canada or Singapore. Or even from Mars, who knows!
How long will the socks take to arrive?
The socks will take in between 15 and 25 days to arrive to the destination. It's more likely to be something like 17/20 days, but it can take some longer, depending on your location.
My package says delivered but I don’t have it. What do I do?
Check with your local shipping office to see if the package ended up with them. Check with your neighbors or leasing office to ensure it hasn’t been misdelivered.
Oops, my package was shipped to the wrong address. What do I do?
Please reach out to us via the contact form so we can help look into the situation. If you missed an apartment or box number, we suggest reaching out to you local post office. If you accidentally inputted the incorrect address, your package may potentially be sent back to us. The Yellow Sock is not responsible for any additional shipping fees.
I only received parts of my order, where are the other items?
We work together with many different suppliers worldwide to keep prices as low as possible for you. Some packages might arrive earlier than others while others experience delays. No worries, all of your ordered products will arrive.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy?
If you bought some socks and you finally decided you don't want them, contact us asap. Up to 24 hours after buying the product, we can cancel the order and refund you, but after that, we won't be able to do anything.
I received a defective product. Can I return it?
Yes. Unfortunately, defects do happen, and we want to make it right! Please send us an image of your defective sock to email@example.com, with a brief note about your order, within 30 days of receiving your order. We will respond asap with steps on how to return the socks.
Please Note: We know how exciting it can be to get a big package of socks in the mail, you just want to tear it open! However, please be very careful when opening your sock package, as we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns of socks with holes in them due to scissors from cutting your package open. Be careful!
